Surrounded by ocean, tranquil bay water, palm trees, and sunshine, San Diego offers the perfect setting for paddle yoga.
With your choice of a beach house or resort accommodations on Mission Bay, you’ll find all the amenities of home as you relax on your private deck and breathe in the beauty of the beach as the sun sets over the Pacific.
As the yoga mecca of the west, San Diego boasts a variety of yoga instructors and styles. The temperate seaside climate means outdoor yoga is a year round practice. Salute the sun with your toes in the sand. Relax completely with an aqua savasana, gentle waves lapping against your board.
From the shops and restaurants of Pacific Beach to the roller coaster and boardwalk in Mission, San Diego is full of life and activity! Let stress melt away at the Catamaran spa, or simply mellow out with a book on the beach. Embrace your inner Californian and find yourself stoked, sun-kissed, and free.
It will be a weekend of healthy eating, cruising, building new relationships, exploring the local culture & landscape, and, of course, paddling and yoga while basking in each other’s vibrant energy. The beach house is a leisurely walk from Mission Bay, where we’ll enjoy daily paddle yoga and sunset beach yoga.
This retreat is a come one, come all affair and everyone from all walks of life are welcome from the beginner to more advanced students, from the curious to the passionate. We can’t wait to meet each and every one of you.
What’s Included: 3 days, 2 nights accommodation at beach house or Catamaran Resort and Spa. Daily yoga and paddle boarding plus hiking at Torrey Pines, sunset yoga and live music and beach cruiser rental. Welcome Bliss gift bag stocked with all your beach needs. 2 healthy gourmet lunches and cold pressed juices, and healthy snacks. Day trip transportation to Torrey Pines, La Jolla.
What’s not included: airport transfers, breakfast and dinners.
Day 1: Arrive and check in at 3pm.
4:00- 4:30pm: Meet and greet at Fanuel Park on Mission Bay.
4:30-6:00: Hop on the boards and enjoy the sunset from the water. Begin to stir your bliss while practicing yoga and relaxation on Mission Bay.
6 – 8:00pm: Explore Mission Beach or Pacific Beach and grab a bite at one of our favorite local spots.
Day 2: Rise and shine to bliss out.
7 – 9am: Cruise the boardwalk for local breakfast spots and beach cafes.
9 – 11:00: Let’s walk on water! Stand up paddle lessons and coaching on the beach before embarking on our ocean journey. Paddle and play on the bay or anchor down for some sup yoga.
11:30 – 1:00pm: Delicious, healthy lunch prepared and catered by local chef. Enjoy seasonal, local, organic ingredients and fresh, cold pressed juice to fuel your body and make you glow.
1:00 – 4:30: – Explore or restore. Explore beautiful, majestic Torrey Pines in La Jolla with a guided hike or restore with a massage or facial. You can always simply soak up the sun at the beach or pool.
4:30 – 6:00: Sunset Yoga and Live Music at the Yoga Yard – Wind down from the day and let your cares melt away with a relaxing flow set to live acoustic music. One of San Diego’s coolest yoga studios, practice outdoors with lush greenery surrounding you on a beautiful wooden deck.
6 – 8:00: Go out in La Jolla or back to Pacific Beach and enjoy a restful night’s sleep next to the sound of crashing waves.
Day 3: Bay Day and departure.
9 - 11:00: Meet on the bay for our final paddle and yoga session. Challenge yourself and play with poses you’ve been working on. After all it’s only water if you fall!
11 - 12:00pm: Check out of your room.
12:00 - 1:00pm: Healthy lunch with fresh, organic choices from our local chef and cold pressed juice.
1 - 4:00pm: Depart feeling happy, rested, rejuvenated and peaceful!

Private Room– $679/person (king bed in non-ocean view room)
Ocean view - add $39 per night for shared or $69 for private.

IMPORTANT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION
ARRIVAL FLIGHT:
Nearest airport is San Diego Airport (SAN). Suggested arrival times are between 12pm and 3:00pm. If you take a later flight be aware that you may miss a yoga class on the first night. We also recommend coming early and staying on to explore San Diego or Orange County!
DEPARTURE FLIGHT:
Please depart San Diego Airport after 12pm and book your flight for 12pm or after. Booking an early flight means you will miss out on the final paddle or yoga session.

The Catamaran is on Mission Bay. Are you sure you are offering ocean views and not bay views?
