Inspired by all the people, travels, and encounters in her life, Taylor has made it a mission to bring that joy and bliss of being on the water and practicing yoga to everyone she meets or teaches along the way. Her teaching style is founded on the idea of empowering her students to move at their pace and feel the sensation in their own bodies.
Taylor loves to connect with anyone who has an appreciation for the ocean and yoga. One of her greatest joys is training yoga teachers in paddle yoga to make their practice fun and playful again. Her goal is to spread this across the world and encourage everyone to find their own bliss.
Dana Mitchell - Bliss Instructor and Teacher Trainer
Although she had practiced yoga off and on, Dana’s practice really took hold when she moved to California from New Jersey. She discovered the grounded feeling her yoga practice provided as it helped her settle in to her new surroundings. Dana completed her 200 hour certification with Corepower Yoga in 2011 under the guidance of Melissa Hernandez. After discovering her love of Yoga, Dana decided to combine that with her love of the water. Taking just two paddle board yoga classes with Paddle Board Bliss she was hooked. Dana thinks variety is the spice of life, on and off the water.

Maggie is a Himalayan Institute certified hatha yoga teacher. Since she began studying yoga in 2008, she has traveled the world studying with several yogic masters; such as, Seane Corn, Rod Stryker, and Sadie Nardini. She draws her teachings from many different traditions and life experiences. She is very passionate about the emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits of yoga and feels that since she began her journey on the spiritual path of yoga she has begun to understand herself and the world around her on a deeper level. She believes first and foremost, that the practice and teaching of yoga is an extremely personal experience.
Maggie and Stand Up Paddle board Yoga were an instant fit. Maggie needs the water almost as much as the fish, so when she discovered this amazing synergy between water and yoga, it was love at first pose. Combining her love for both water and yoga, she brings skill and passion to this playful practice.
When not practicing and teaching yoga, Maggie enjoys spending time in and being inspired by nature with her friends, family, and loving husband. Some of her other passions include kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
