Training directors:

Inspired by all the people, travels, and encounters in her life, Taylor has made it a mission to bring that joy and bliss of being on the water and practicing yoga to everyone she meets or teaches along the way. Her teaching style is founded on the idea of empowering her students to move at their pace and feel the sensation in their own bodies.
Taylor loves to connect with anyone who has an appreciation for the ocean and yoga. One of her greatest joys is training yoga teachers in paddle yoga to make their practice fun and playful again. Her goal is to spread this across the world and encourage everyone to find their own bliss.
Dana Mitchell // San Diego Manager and Teacher trainer.
Although she had practiced yoga off and on, Dana’s practice really took hold when she moved to California from New Jersey. She discovered the grounded feeling her yoga practice provided as it helped her settle in to her new surroundings. Dana completed her 200 hour certification with Corepower Yoga in 2011 under the guidance of Melissa Hernandez. After discovering her love of Yoga, Dana decided to combine that with her love of the water. Taking just two paddle board yoga classes with Paddle Board Bliss she was hooked. Dana thinks variety is the spice of life, on and off the water.
Leslie Ross- Breckenridge Co
One of Meta Yoga Studios’ orginal founders, is so excited to be teaching with Bliss this summer and share her love for SUP with all that are keen.
Former Professional Telemark Skier, Leslie Ross (E-RYT 200 and RYT- 500) finds inspiration in the outdoors, exploring the world through her body and her senses. Introduced to Yoga on a backcountry hut trip in 1992, Leslie instantly resonated with the body, mind and spirit connection integral in yoga. As an outdoor educator for her former company Babes in the Backcountry, Leslie stressed the importance of the mind~body connection in all aspects of life. Breathwork and meditation have always been intrinsic in her outdoor pursuits both recreationally and as a mountain guide and a competitive skier.
With a background in Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Reiki, Leslie’s yoga teaching has been influenced by the Classical Hatha and Ashtanga linage of Baba Hari Dass and more recently along the Tantric Inspired path through her teacher Rod Stryker.
Leslie combines her passions for the outdoors and yoga as a hiking/yoga guide at Wanderlust as well as teaching SUP Yoga, Core Fusion Hot Vinyasa and Vinyasa and Hatha Flow classes at Meta Yoga Studio. When not teaching yoga, riding her bike or skiing, she can also be found high on the mountaintops or in remote locations officiating weddings (www.summitcelebrant.com) as a Universal Life Church Minister. Leslie teaches private yoga classes for brides and grooms on their wedding day to help them calm and center before the excitement of their celebration.
