I have never practiced yoga and or paddle boarding, is this for me?
Absolutely! We get people that are new to yoga and paddling ALL the time and they end up loving it. Our classes start out with a lesson, so you will learn everything you need to know before heading out. It’s never a race paddling out – it’s more about connecting with your breath and the serene environment.
What should I bring?
Bring a hat and a smile and get ready for bliss! You may want to bring a towel and change of clothes if you decide to take a dip.
What if it’s windy or rainy?
If it’s not going to be fun, we will not go out. We want you to have the best time, so in case of class cancellation, we will contact you to arrange the rain check.
How do I pay and register?
Due to limited space, pre-registration is required by signing up online, calling 949.529.4242 or emailing [email protected]. Simply look at the schedule online and let us know which class you want to sign up for. Group discounts available by calling! 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
None of the times work with my schedule or I don’t want to do yoga, I only want to paddle.
If you just want to paddle, you should sign up for the mini lesson and adventure. If you want to book a private class or group paddles, simply call or email to arrange.
Do I have to practice in a bathing suit?
Wear whatever is comfortable! We also have paddle friendly clothing in the shop that dries super quickly!
