What is Bliss Pool Yoga? // Practicing yoga on the water allows you to completely relax while strengthening the core and muscles you didn’t even realize. Other benefits include breathing fresh air, connecting mind, body, and nature as well as cultivating the experience of the present moment. Classes are an hour long and we try to include pictures with each experience.
What type of equipment is used? // We provide high-quality equipment specifically designed for fitness and yoga. Utilizing an anchoring system, we will ensure students’ safety in the center of the pool, eliminating the risk of hitting the edge of the pool. Safety is our #1 priority. A brief safety lesson will be given at the beginning of every class from a certified yoga instructor. Our instructors provide modifications for all levels and abilities. No Stand Up Paddle boarding experience is required. Only requirement is the ability to swim and have fun!

I want to do a yoga on the paddle board on the water class…I live in Pacific Beach San Diego can you give me info about it? Cost ? Time? Location? Not seeing that on your website.
