Dana Mitchell - San Diego Manager & Teacher Trainer
Although she had practiced yoga off and on, Dana’s practice really took hold when she moved to California from New Jersey. She discovered the grounded feeling her yoga practice provided as it helped her settle in to her new surroundings.
Dana completed her 200 hour certification with Corepower Yoga in 2011 under the guidance of Melissa Hernandez. After discovering her love of Yoga, Dana decided to combine that with her love of the water. Taking just two paddle board yoga classes with Bliss Paddle Yoga she was hooked. Dana thinks variety is the spice of life, on and off the water.
