Amanda Archer

Amanda discovered unity in mind, body, spirit and nature when she found the unique blend of yoga and paddle boarding—and it highlighted for her the immense love present within each of us and in nature.

Over the past year, combining yoga and paddle boarding in her own practice has helped her to grow in strength and flexibility—and helped her to deepen her own yoga practice in an unpredictable and ever-changing natural environment. Amanda completed her 200-hour registered yoga teacher training through Corepower Yoga and the Paddle Board Bliss Teacher Training Program. She is incredibly grateful to be a part of the Paddle Board Bliss and Shore Yoga team and to share her passion for yoga and paddle boarding with others! She strives to lead empowering, joyful and positive yoga classes. With a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Social Work, Amanda has a passion for making connections with her students and fostering their growth during classes that will extend off the mat and into daily life.

Yoga has taught me so many things, but most of all it reminds me daily to slow down and be preset in the current moment—to let things be as they are and move gracefully with the flow of life. When out on the board or in a yoga practice, I find that my worries and attachments drift away with the swells, leaving space for growth, heightened awareness and true bliss!
